I hereby agree, declare, and undertake to use and return the Baby Stroller Allocation Service [the "Service"] provided free of charge for Visitor use within the Kozzy Shopping Mall [the "Mall"] in accordance with the procedures and principles stated below.

1. That I have received the baby stroller from the Information Desk without any malfunctions, complete, intact, and in a usable condition,
2. That during the use of the Service subject to this undertaking and throughout my visit to the Shopping Mall, I acknowledge that I am obliged to exercise necessary care and attention and take all necessary precautions,
3. That during the use of the Service subject to this undertaking; for any reason, in case of any damage and material harm that may occur to the baby stroller due to my intervention or that of third parties, I acknowledge that the responsibility belongs to me,
4. That I will check the baby stroller before taking delivery and if it is faulty in a manner that prevents its use, I will immediately inform the Information Desk Officer of this situation upon my first observation,
5. That I will not partially or fully allow any other person except me to use the Service subject to this undertaking,
6. That if I violate any of the rules and regulations set for the provision of the Service subject to this undertaking due to my own fault and negligence, and if I cause any damage or harm, I declare, accept, and undertake that I will pay for the damage.

Baby Stroller Usage Terms and Conditions

Dear Visitor,

We kindly request you to comply with the following rules for the safety of your children and we thank you for your attention and cooperation.

Baby strollers;

- Are suitable for use by children under 3 (three) years old and weighing less than 15 kilograms.
- Are not suitable for use by more than one child at a time.
- Should not be used for carrying bags or loads during market/store shopping.
- Should not be used for high chairs.
- Hygiene rules should be observed by using a baby stroller cover during use.
- Adjustment or part attachment/removal operations of the baby stroller should not be performed by the user, and support should be obtained from Information Desk Officers for adjustment.
